Here at Juckas Stables we have 117 acres winding through the breathtaking Hudson Valley countryside. Our horses are gentle, responsive, and well-trained. Our experienced wranglers will begin the trail ride with a quick lesson to ensure a fun and safe trail ride.

Wind your way through quiet winter woods on horseback, hooves gently tapping along the trail as crisp air tingles your cheeks on a 45 minute trial ride. The world feels hushed and still, bare branches arching overhead and your horse’s warm breath curling into the cool afternoon air.

After the ride, slip out of the saddle and gather around a crackling fire pit, wrapped in cozy blankets. Warm your hands around steaming mugs of rich hot cocoa, topped with whipped cream and marshmallows, while the glow of the flames dances on smiling faces. Share stories, watch the sparks drift into the clear winter sky, and savor the cozy warmth that follows a peaceful ride through the cold.

Enchanted Winter Trail Rides are offered annually from November to March, and you can enjoy our regular Trail Rides year round!
